ENGIE are recruiting for a HR Administrator (Hire to Retire) to be based in Newcastle. This is an 8-months temporary full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at ENGIE’s Shared Service Centre to provide administrative support to the HR Administration Hire to Retire Team.
What will you deliver?
- Provide administrative support to a busy HR Administration function
- Work closely with HR data to ensure its accuracy, via reporting and data analysis
- Provide support for TUPE and Mobilisations
- Record New Starter, Employee Changes and Leaver information in the HR/Payroll system
- Maintain great working relationships with Managers and Customers of the service

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Genuine drive to deliver excellent customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of SAP and an understanding of Hire to Retire Processes is a bonus
This role includes a DBS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential
