The Role

Excellent opportunity for a part time Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our HR team to proactively research, identify, network, attract and shortlist potential and/or passive candidates via social media and professional networks to meet ENGIE ANZ’s talent pipeline requirements and to champion ENGIE ANZ’s employer brand.

The role will work closely with Talent Acquisition and will be accountable to the Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition to create a proactive recruitment and candidate sourcing strategy for various teams across the business
• Drive engagement and build relationships to ensure a solid candidate pipeline to meet future talent requirements
• Work with the HR team to understand current and future talent requirements
• Measure and provide reporting on conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
• Be knowledgeable on market trends and provide insights to the HR team

About You

The successful incumbent will have knowledge and understanding of pro-active recruitment campaigns and be able to identify the characteristics of key candidate target groups and utilise appropriate channels to build networks with potential candidates.

You will possess effective communication and influencing skills and be interpersonally savvy.
