Enghouse Hiring for Senior Software Engineer at Toronto, ON Full Time

The Role:
You are looking for a hard-working and creative Senior Software Engineer to join our development team in Canada (Remote). As the ideal candidate, you have experience in UI/UX design, and front-end development using React/Redux with JavaScript or TypeScript. As a senior member on the team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the Enghouse UC/UCaaS (Unified communications as a service) product.

What you bring:
Strong understanding of HTML5 and modern CSS (flexbox, grid).

Strong JavaScript fundamentals and experience with TypeScript.

Solid experience with React and Redux.

Experience working with JavaScript unit-testing frameworks.

Experience using Chrome/Browser developer tools.

Experience with Git and build tools like Webpack.

Solid understanding of web security

Solid understanding of HTTP and WebSockets

Good oral and written communication skills.

Bonus if you have:
Knowledge of Docker and containerization

Agile software development

Atlassian tool set (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)

Experience with Electron.

Experience with WebRTC and SIP.js.
