Enghouse Hiring for Programmer/Analyst at Toronto, ON Full Time
At Enghouse, we are seeking a Programmer/Analyst to design and develop custom software solutions, integrations and automated workflows as part of the Business Applications team for use across Enghouse Systems.

Enghouse shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol “ENGH”.
What you will be doing
Providing full life cycle support and enhancements to ensure maximum benefit of these custom solutions.
Work with other members of the Business Applications team to deliver and support custom development solutions, systems and processes, the underlying databases, workflows and server resources.
The position requires meeting with IT Business Systems Analysts and may work directly with employee users to determine needs while building custom solutions per business requirements.
Responsible for development of applications, upkeep of system interfaces, resolution of product defects, system implementations and ongoing maintenance as well as documentation and training of the custom developed solutions.
What you bring:
Must have extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services and SQL Server development.
Excellent knowledge of databases, data warehouse/modeling concepts and understanding of business intelligence.
Net development skills with C#
Experience in XML and web development
Good knowledge of creating reports using SSRS.
Must be proficient in scripting (VB.net, .net, C#, VB Scripts).
Must have extensive experience with Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, and Functions.
Familiarity with SaaS API Integrations
Experience building complex reports using Query/Report.
Query performance analysis and tuning.
Familiarity with GP15, Prophix, Ivanti ISM and Salesforce.com a plus
Experience in Azure
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent analytical skills, documentation, and ability to work in teams and/or independently.
Fast learner and excellent documentation habits.
Communicating effectively with users and vendors
Capable of delivering on multiple, competing priorities with little supervision
