Duties:

– Assist senior paraplanners and financial advisors in preparing financial plans and s.

– Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and financial planning strategies

– Analyze client information to identify suitable investment options and develop personalized financial plans.

– Prepare client meeting materials, including investment proposals and performance s.

– Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.

– Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

– Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

– Studies towards Certificate in Financial planning

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Knowledge of financial planning software is a plus.

– Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
