The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

· 1-4 years accounting experience

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel

· Experience with Quickbooks preferred

· Reliable time management, accuracy, attention-to-detail, organizational and problem-solving skills

· Being a self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

· Excited about growing and evolving in this position as the company does the same

Typical duties include:

· All accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks

· Payroll processing

· Bank account and credit card reconciliations

· Assisting with general ledger account and supporting schedule reconciliations

· Assisting with business license, property tax and revenue report filings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
