Graduate Teaching & Learning Support Assistant

Hours: 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, term time only

Actual Salary: Salary: £21,390 – £23,387 p.a. inc (Scale 5)

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is an inspiring graduate, with a good class honours degree, to work alongside senior leaders and class teachers to accelerate the learning of pupils. We particularly welcome applications from people who maybe considering teaching as a career in the future and would welcome the opportunity of working alongside children to accelerate their learning.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

• Willingness and ability to support children in school to progress their learning
• Flexibility and be a good team player
• Have high expectations of self and others
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills

Wilbury is a friendly, vibrant four form entry primary school with 860 children aged 2 to 11 and are part of the Children First Academy Trust.
