Enerzone Heat Pumps Inc. Hiring for Machine Operator at London, ON Full Time

Enerzone Heat Pumps Inc. is looking to hire full-time Machine Operators to join our team.

We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and who thrive in a team-oriented environment. Successful candidates must comfortable lifting in excess of 50 lbs, have excellent time management and attention to detail. We need to fill these jobs immediately, so it’s important for new hires to hit the ground running. We are looking to hire for our day shift (7:30AM to 4:00PM).

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for operating two types of CNC machinery;

A turret press, which requires loading sheets of flat steel onto a brush table and then running sheets through a predetermined program. Parts are then broken out of the nests and transported to the next station.

A press brake, which requires bending of flat steel into 3D shapes and parts. Parts are then organized and distributed to the appropriate sub-assembly stations.

Additional responsibilities include

• Rotate through multiple stations on a shift (eg. If there is a low demand for steel parts to be product, team members may be asked to assist the assembly and prep teams with their tasks)
• Communicate with other stations on the line about quantity/quality of parts to ensure maximum speed and accuracy
• Using drills, rivet guns, air tools
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Machine Operators should have their High School diploma/GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be an asset
• The ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Basic math and communication skills required

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
