Energyfeeds International Hiring for Controller (Logistics experience preferred) at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and COO to develop and maintain performance measures that support the Company’s strategic direction and identify areas of cost reduction.

Manage all accounting operations including A/R, Credit and Collections, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Own the budget and forecast process, including capital requests and approval processes. Plan for future purchases, utilization management, and cost allocation.

Assess current accounting operations and internal control systems and make recommendations for improving and implementing new processes and cost reduction strategies.

Support migration from Quickbooks to Microsoft Dynamics and build KPI dashboards that provide insights to the leadership team.

Ensure timely preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and variances including KPI ing. Prepare financial analyses of operations including variance explanation and make recommendations to ensure the achievement of business goals/targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience enhancing the capabilities of accounting and finance functions.
Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller in a logistics environment.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to optimize systems
Experience with Quickbooks and preferrable Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus.

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to rebuild ing to support a rigorous budgeting and forecast process.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $155,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
