About the role
This role will see you work on the land of Wurundjeri people who are the traditional owners in Melbourne, with a flexible workplace attitude underpinned by our Energise “team flexibility” program enabling us to agree on what

Joining our Internal TA team will offer a normal busy transactional workload however leveraging your experience, we can allocate a range of continuous improvement projects that help us turn the dial on people experience, EVP, hiring leader capability uplifts and ensuring our processes, ATS and bespoke techstack’s are fit for purpose and user friendly.
What we’re looking for
You will thrive in this role if you have extensive internal talent acquisition experience with natural leadership qualities that showcases your ability to be proactive, predict the next value-add activity and seek to collaborate with your peers and broader People & Culture colleagues to effectively problem-solve.
Demonstrated experience working across transactional roles within Technology, Engineering, Corporate Services, Project Management will be ideal. We have aspirational growth plans across both BAU and project teams whereby you will need to take ownership of core workload quickly, applying best practice internal TA principles and practices. Previous experience working as a superuser within Page Up will be ideal, as we have just started our journey of optimising this platform and our range of selection and background checking tech tools, which should be common in your previous roles.
