Location: Flexible within the UK. Home-based or blended working from home and any of our offices in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff or Belfast.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The team
The people team are one of the key support services which serve as an anchor in our organisation. We support, coach, challenge and guide our people throughout their time with us. We provide essential services throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding to development to employees moving on.
As a team we believe in walking the walk for our organisation. We are therefore consistently reviewing and challenging ourselves to be the best people professionals we can in order to support the climate emergency. This has created a team full of engaged, passionate and super supportive team members.

The role
As an organisation we need to continue our growth plans to ensure we are doing all we can to meet and deliver on our mission to address the climate emergency. This role is a vital part of supporting these plans through ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process supporting our recruiting managers to source and onboard talent when they are needed.
This role will give our busiest departments of Energy, Transport and Business Development some much needed expert support to speed up and reduce project team time spent on filling vacant posts, which means we will be able to deliver on our mission quicker.

This is a permanent position. Our standard weekly hours are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
This is a full-time role.
We are open to flexible working locations (within the UK) and as standard we offer all contracts on blended (home and office-based) working.
