Energy Resourcing Europe Limited Looking for Utilities Design Coordination & Interface Manager at Sweden Full Time

Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting a Utilities Design Coordination & Interface Manager working with one of the worlds leading new energy companies specifically working on the construction, engineering and development of a state of the art facility.

This project would be based in Northern Europe in a unique location and provides an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the new energy transformation in Europe.

The position as DCIM will be part of our clients facilities design organization.
You will have the overall responsibility for coordinating multi-functional teams, setting design project goals and timelines, reviewing and approving design drawings, generating progress reports, and manageing the coordinated handover of as-built documentation for facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate (internally) the gathering of all user technical requirements and ensure the design consultants are provided all needed inputs in a timely manner.
* Manage the design consult. This means coordinating delivery of construction engineering packages, from multiple engineering consultants. Ensure the delivery meets high technical standards and is delivered on-time.
* Track delivery status of engineering deliverables and packages, proactively identify threats to the delivery and propose and/or implement mitigating actions together with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure timely response to queries and requests from contractors (RFIs, RFCOs, COs, constructability clashes) to support meeting its contractual obligation to its partners

* M.Sc. in the Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering fields
* Have experience in the design/engineering of heavy industrial, manufacturing, or chemical process facilities. Battery factory experience is ideal, but not required. Other facility types that are seen as relevant and welcome: pharmaceutical, data centers, oil & gas, automotive, food & beverage mfg, etc.
* Have experience in multi-disciplinary engineering coordination, interfacing with construction and internal/external stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills as the role requires constant interaction with team members and external parties such as contractors, vendors, authorities and auditors.
* Experience working on international industrial projects and in multi-cultural environments
* Experience in commissioning and start-up of industrial facilities
