Energy Logistics Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to help expand our Licensed Freight Brokerage.

All agents/brokers who apply must have an established Shipper/Carrier resources and Book of Business.

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for generating new revenue through establishing connections with shippers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the team
• Stay up to date with the industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker with a focus on working with shippers and customers
• An established Shipper/Customer resources
• Large Book of Business
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
