The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the HR team within Energia Group. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment which offers significant personal growth, with the scope to develop into a wider range of HR activities.
You will be given every opportunity to acquire new skills and gain a valuable working knowledge of within Human Resources.
Student Programme
Our mission is to develop great people with great skills. We offer a student development programme, which will ensure you have everything you need to be successful in the role and to grow your career. The programme directive will be set by a Senior Manager within the organisation and students will work together over 6 months to prepare their response to the challenge. You will have the opportunity to develop the following skills both through a mixture of focused L&D sessions and learning on the project:
Teamwork
Communication skills
Project management
