Structural Design Engineer

A well-established firm of Civil/Structural Engineers based in Central are looking to recruit a Structural Design Engineer with between 2 to 3 years’ experience due to a significant and sustained increase in work load.

Our client works on a wide variety of building structures projects across all sectors (residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial) with projects typically up to £10-20m in construction value. Due to a significantly increased work load and new enquiries over the last 3 months they need to bolster their already strong design team.

As a Senior Engineer you will ideally:

• Have between 2 to 3 years London based experience
• Be able to design proficiently in steel, timber, concrete and masonry
• Have previous experience of working on projects up to the value of £10m in construction
• Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable being put in a client facing role when required
• Having previous experience of working in a small to medium engineering consultancy would be a distinct advantage.

On offer is a basic salary of between £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, a great office working environment and good benefits package. Flexible working conditions are also on offer.
