THE HEAD OF STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEERING ROLE

The head of structural design engineering job is a key role within the business group with a strong emphasis on sustainability and the ability to win work.

The successful candidate will be an engaging & dynamic leader, who can mentor & develop an existing high performing team.

Along with strong leadership skills you will come with an exceptional track record in delivering technically excellent, high-profile projects within the UAE.

Local knowledge of local authorities, clients and structural engineering codes and standards is essential.

You will be a visionary leader, with proven experience in developing short and long term business plans. Working closely with the business development manager and other leaders to develop market strategies.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR HEAD OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING JOB

• Ideally you will be a chartered structural engineer
• Dubai Municipality unlimited license
• Degree in civil/structural engineering
• Minimum 10 years of structural design experience within consultants
• Proven track record in the delivery of technically complex structural engineering projects across the UAE and wider MENA region
