A fast-growing, multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Civil Engineering to lead, oversee and influence their Civil Engineering team in the Midlands.

You will become a part of the Senior Management Team and will be responsible under the support of the Board of Directors, for the technical and financial aspects of business, its clients and staff through the effective integration and management.

In addition to managing the team the Associate Director, will be a required to initially take the role as lead Engineer on major and large-scale projects. This will include, with the assistance of the wider team, the creation, development of and finalising engineering design solutions (predominately estate roads and drainage), managing and working collaboratively both internally and externally with other design team professionals. There will be a need to attend project meetings, site inspections and monitoring or works at a site level.
