The Opportunity::

What You’ll Do at Enel::

• Manage recruitment sourcing operations and platforms in partnership with North American recruiting teams and leadership
• Manage ATS analytics, providing recurring dashboards and ad hoc ing with a focus on measuring performance metrics
• Design, development, and delivery of data and analytics ing for North American Talent Acquisition (both internal and outsourced) in collaboration with global stakeholders and global team members
• Creation and maintenance of documents such as our Operations Manual, recruiter guides, TA distribution lists and work flows
• Collaborate with leadership to develop key diversity initiatives to promote workforce objectives

• Manage all existing vendor relationships and build rapport with prospective new strategic vendors

• Analyze recruiting efforts and identify return on investment across various sources and processes

Who You Are::

• Work with leadership on strategies to drive employer brand to provide a world class candidate experience
• Recommend improvements to online job postings to attract top candidates
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement Social Media programs to increase employer brand and network referral metrics to include campaign and event project management
• Approve or decline candidate background checks based on internal hiring guidelines
• Act as back up to support new hire orientation if needed

What You’ve Accomplished::

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources On-Boarding Function
