Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Auto Assure is looking for Customer Service Representatives with a positive attitude and attention to detail to facilitate inbound calls, update administrative details of customer accounts, and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
  • Help explain contract details
  • Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
  • General computer and typing skills
  • Available for immediate full-time work
  • Passion for customer service and quality work
  • Must be focused and reliable
