The role

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead our digital marketing strategy and hands-on efforts to accelerate growth. ing to the Senior Marketing Manager you will strategise, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO, websites & blogs, email marketing & automation, content marketing campaigns, PR and social media to deliver strong ROI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to define and refine digital marketing strategies.
• Content Creation and Management: Create and manage engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on relevant platforms
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotions
• SEO and SEM: Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic rankings
• Analytics and ing: Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in website architecture, digital marketing, online tools and social platforms.
• Videography and video editing is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation platform
