NROCKS Outdoor Adventures (formerly Nelson Rocks Adventure Center) is the premier guided climbing center in West Virginia and the North Fork Valley Region. NROCKS offers Sports Climbing, Top Rope Climbing, Zip Lines, guided Canopy Tours as well as the Nation’s Premier Via Ferrata!

Adventure Guides are responsible for safely leading, instructing, and supervising guests, and must ensure proper outfitting and use of safety gear/equipment; provide comprehensive and clear communication; and demonstrate the highest standards of quality service and professionalism. 

Applicants must be at least 18 years old (21 to be a lead guide), have a CPR/first aid certification, and be comfortable working at heights in a high adventure setting. While not required, preference is given to those with WFR/EMT, AMGA, or PCIA certifications and experience in challenge course/zip-line/high angle rescue.

High volume season runs from mid-April through September.
