seeking to add an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to help support our rapid growth as part of our global Finance team. We are the world’s largest producer and supplier of charitable and social gaming solutions.

This position is located in our Cleveland, Ohio global headquarters.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist processes accounts and incoming receivables (payments) from customers – along with related day-to-day financial transactions, bank deposits and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs related day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data to systems.
• Prepares bank deposits.
• Reconciles the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Researches and verifies discrepancies by and resolves (troubleshoots) clients’ billing issues.
• Interfaces directly with customers to clarify and resolve issues as warranted.
• Facilitates payment of invoices due by sending billing reminders and contacting customers-clients.
• Generates financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Works closely with department colleagues to coordinate activities – process transactions – and resolve discrepancies, while tracking issues that may need additional attention or remedial action.
