Head of Strategy | Growth and Partnerships

The Role
As the “Head of Strategy – Growth and Partnerships” you’ll play a key role defining Endeavour’s growth strategy and managing a team responsible for delivering value from Endeavour’s current and future partnerships.

You will provide strategic thought leadership around the different avenues of growth available to Endeavour. You’ll also play a key role in bringing these growth opportunities to life within our partnership with Woolworths, and by identifying new commercial partnering opportunities. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the health of our existing and new partnerships, and ensuring any future commercial partnerships are set up for operational success. You will continue to develop and evolve the operating model of the partnership function within Endeavour to support these outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Play a key role in defining the long term growth strategy for Endeavour and articulating the role that partnerships will play in bringing that strategy to life
• Manage and govern existing Woolworths partnerships, including managing the overall relationship with Woolworths, monitoring partnership performance, and managing overall governance
• Provide strategic thought leadership in partnership growth—identify and evaluate future partnering opportunities (with Woolworths or other potential partners), aligned to Endeavour’s group and growth strategies, and ensure any future commercial partnerships are set up for operational success
• Manage relationships with a large number of key stakeholders including: Woolworths GET members; Endeavour ELT members; Endeavour Transformation; Endeavour Technology; Business senior leadership teams; capability senior leadership teams; Transformation Technology; External consultancies, etc

About You

• Proven deep experience in an area that requires strong commercial and business acumen: finance or strategy consulting
• Exceptional ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership team
• Outstanding written and oral communication with an ability to quickly achieve outcomes in complex environments
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
• Outstanding academic record and social achievements
• Retail / consumer market experience preferred
