About the Role:

As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow, we have a new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our partner organisation, TORGAS. This is a great opportunity to utilise your recruitment experience to provide quality employment opportunities in apprenticeships and traineeships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with employers/clients to understand current and upcoming recruitment requirement needs with a view to gain repeat business and leverage further partnerships through providing exceptional service
• Maintain client and candidate relationships by ensuring required compliance and relevant documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Ensure service delivery activities comply with all requirements of contractual deed, guidelines, and organisational policies
• Ensure all data-basing of candidates and employers is inputted and maintained to an acceptable level across relevant organisational systems
• Record all actions within the required timeframes, ensuring all schedules are maintained regularly with documented evidence and attempts to contact, as required
• Meet key performance indicators by converting leads into sustainable placements

What you will bring:

• 3 years previous experience in a full end to end recruitment role
• Demonstrated recruitment experience including labour hire recruitment and permanent recruitment
• Experience in a recruitment and target driven environment and a track record of achieving KPIs and targets
• Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, and influence key stakeholders to the advantage of customers/candidates.
• Experience working in high volume recruitment; you can easily prioritise
• Experience with recruitment/HRM systems; ideally MyRecruitmentPlus, FastTrack or PeopleSoft
• Hands on approach yet ability to think strategically
• Advanced in MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
