Contract Summary
We are looking for a process orientated and energetic Workday HRIS Coordinator to join the HRIS team.
The successful candidate will primarily support our HR and Endeavor colleagues globally in their use of Workday, to improve their understanding of core Workday functionality, transactions, and Workday reporting. They will also be open to working flexible hours to support our US counterparts when required.
Key Accountabilities
Monitor and respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support queries received from our Endeavor group and HR colleagues. Prioritise and Escalate as required.
Support and train new HR team members, from co-ordinators to leadership team members, in role specific Workday tasks.
Help test and track Workday change requests and compile testing logs for changes to functionality.
Create and maintain training guides and manuals.
Design and develop ad hoc reports and train in their usage to adapt to changing business needs.
Review, audit and manage the Workday Supervisory Organisation alongside the HR & HR Operations team.
Review, audit and manage Workday open positions and work with the HR & HR Operations team to improve their understanding of position management.
Assist senior analysts with the regression testing, controls and documentation alongside release of any new functionality or changes to current configuration environment.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in HR systems management and Workday in particular.
Discreet and sensitive to HR data, its’ management and confidential nature.
Is observant of and consistently works in line with compliance, data privacy and audit requirements.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Strong team player
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem solving, trouble shooting and time management skills.
Able to use own initiative as well as working as part of a team
Managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
Ability to learn technology quickly through both instruction and self-training/research, investigation of complex issues and lifecycle testing.
Curious, change orientated and passionate about process improvement.
Open to working flexible hours to support the US
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position.
Please note, remote working set up until lockdown restrictions have been lifted. Thereafter, the role would be based at Chiswick Park.
Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00 , Monday to Friday.
