THE JOB:

Encore Recording is seeking a digital marketing manager in the company’s Beverly Hills, CA location.

This position is a visible and prominent role within the organization. This role will be responsible for working directly with artists and their teams as well as executive staff and departments within Encore. They will recommend, assess, and oversee digital marketing strategies and their impact on business and creative objectives. They will also work with external partners and be responsible for securing their support and participation in campaigns. This role will directly to Encore General Manager/EVP, Ned Monahan.

HOW YOU’LL WORK:

• Work closely with artists and their representatives to define digital marketing objectives and oversee campaign execution.
• Be a creative visionary, driving progressive digital marketing campaigns and inspiring innovation across the team.
• Manage the conception, communication and execution of digital marketing plans and other marketing strategies.
• Handle outreach and execution to influencers, blog pages, and other important digital outlets, across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and more)
• Account for project and campaign digital marketing budgets

BRING YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 1+ years of experience in music marketing or similar , ideally with some experience working with catalog artists.
• Experience in music marketing, ideally working directly with artists.
• Strong knowledge of the digital marketplace for music consumption.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, CRM, audience engagement and analytics.
• Proven ability to build and manage marketing partnerships.
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and operate effectively in a high-pressured environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
