Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our email marketing campaigns and paid social media initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing revenue through strategic planning, implementation, testing, and analysis of all digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, from designing templates to creating compelling copy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and driving customer engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize email marketing strategies and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and customer support, to align email marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance email marketing strategies and leverage emerging opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversions.
• Manage and conduct rigorous testing and analysis of paid social media campaigns, including ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization, to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitor and on key metrics and performance indicators for email marketing and paid social media efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and new advertising features to leverage the latest tools and tactics in paid social media marketing.
• Manage and collaborate with external agencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns and driving results.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), influencers and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok and others).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with exceptional copywriting and visual communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
• Passion for pets and understanding of the pet products industry is a plus.
