Enchanté Accessories Hiring for Wholesale Sales Assistant at New York, NY Full Time

We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. As a Sales Assistant, you will work with designers, planners, and product developers to support large retailers throughout the US. You will be involved in many aspects of the business cycle, including market research, visual merchandising, and most importantly sales follow up.

You should be a self-motivator who can manage projects from start to finish with little oversight.

Responsibilities :

• Help Develop sales presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Meet & communicate with the buying teams of large retail chains
• Analyze sales data
• Work with designers to create visually appealing packaging and displays
• Follow up with production to ensure ON TIME deliveries.
• Track all orders & monitor inventory – based on customers needs

Skills / Requirements:

• Aggressive & self motivated
• Ability to communicate on a corporate level with Buyers and Associate buyers of our retail partners
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point is a MUST!!
• Sound organizational skills: Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent social skills
• Minimum of 2-year experience in Wholesale / Manufacturing
