This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is experienced at building relationships, and looking for a role to grow and further develop in Talent Acquisition.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner through end-to-end recruitment processes to assist with the expansion of our Allied Health team. You will work with the Talent
Acquisition and HR Business Partner to co-ordinate recruitment activities and develop strategies to ensure we attract the right staff to secure the future growth and success of Encara.

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 12 months experience in Talent Acquisition, HR qualifications are highly regarded, and demonstrated experience with an ATS (JobAdder) and a cloud-based HR system (Employment Hero) also highly regarded but mot essential.
We work in the Aged Care sector, our Clinicians help people and improve their lives, the Talent Acquisition team needs to reflect the same ethos, we care about the people we employ and then likewise the elderly patients they assist.
The is a fast-paced role, you will be balancing many priorities on a daily/weekly basis all the time while maintaining a professional and positive attitude!
