We have an exciting Administration Assistant opportunity for you to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the Strategy & Performance Excellence (SPE) group in the Calgary office. This position supports the leadership in areas such as ing, presentations and team building! It also provides an exposure to project coordination and event planning. Come be a part of the SCM team!
As an administrative Assistant to the Director and other leader(s), you will provide support in an efficient, accurate, & timely manner to ensure efficiency in the office. The workload can be challenging at times and the incumbent is expected to work independently to balance office operations and project support.

What You Will Do:
Work closely with the leaders to provide executive administrative support, including but not limited to handling the calendar management, office administration, invoices, and other priorities.
Assist preparing and maintaining internal ing documents.
Organize meetings, including logistics, including preparation of agendas, presentation materials, tracking, and follow up of action items.
Compile sensitive information for the purpose of creating confidential ing, documentation and tracking for the business unit.
Handle travel arrangements, time entry and expense processing for leaders.
Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with peers’ groups.
Cooperative, and confident, and professional demeanor.
Who You Are:
You possess post-secondary education in related program and equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Excellent communication skills, proven work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility with follow through.
Excellent judgment, exemplary interpersonal skills, respectful of proper corporate protocols
Ability to deal with confidential material in a professional manner.
High level of initiative/self-direction, with the capability to perform well under pressure.
Demonstrated problem solving and dedication in a team environment.
Outstanding digital literacy, including MS Office Suite (PowerPoint & Outlook)
