What you’ll be doing

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process and use data to make operational decisions for continuous improvements
• Develop sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to build and manage a robust pipeline of talent
• Advertise new roles and approach cold candidates to attract talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to deliver results effectively
• Partner with key stakeholders to redefine and optimize the recruiting process
• Be a consultative partner to the business, leading thoughtful discussions to build teams holistically
• Work closely with Marketing Team on employer branding initiatives
• Develop and manage relationships with recruiting search firms, both contingency and retained

What you bring to EMURGO

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech companies in USA
• Experience recruiting for an early start-up or tech company, ideally in GTM, functional roles (non-technical)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
• Highly organized and process oriented mindset to set and scale recruitment activities
• Experience working in a cross-cultural global team
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas, create alignment and manage difficult conversations
• Track record of meeting hiring goals and building meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Passion and interest in blockchain technology
• Experience with Linkedin Recruiter, various ATS systems (eg: Greenhouse, Breezy) is a plus
