Scope of Duties

POSITION SUMMARY

• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and programs – you must possess the info prospects and current customers need to help select the support that best serves them. Without a thorough understanding of what we offer, it’s impossible!
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty – this is the cornerstone to success in this role. You’ll also be reaching out via social media comments to customers and prospects, sharing your knowledge and assisting with needs.
• Turn those prospects into sales! Enough said.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM info on leads and prospects – organization and assigning following up tasks will result in happier customers and more conversions in the future.
• Complete additional tasks as needed, such as compilations, miscellaneous projects, and managing Emunah Strength workload and processes.
• Analyze customer buying trends, providing feedback to leadership.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails and various communication channels.
• Achieve assigned monthly customer engagement targets with Erin & Sarit products as assigned by the Executive Team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• High school diploma/GED plus 3 years of sales experience

Preferred

• Previous experience with team members across multiple functional roles
• Demonstrated Emunah Strength product and program knowledge

​​PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements
• Willingness to travel to occasional team events and trainings

Compensation Structure:

• Month 1 & Month 2: $300 per week pay plus 15% commission
• Thereafter: 15% commission on all individual sales
• 7.5% commission on all split sales
• Potential for additional monthly incentives

KPIs:

• 20 closes per month minimum
• 20% close rate
• $40,000 revenue minimum/month
