Emtec Group Hiring for HR Advisor at Glasgow Full Time

Emtec Group Management are looking for an HR Advisor to strengthen our HR team on a permanent basis supporting our staff across the UK.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be an integral part of the HR function where you will provide an effective professional HR service covering a generalist remit.
You will be expected to have experience across ER Case Management, discipline & grievance case management, advising and guiding managers, TUPE experience, recruitment support and performance management. In this role you will support change management, employee lifecycle, participate in project work and support in strategy.
Essential skill requirements:

• Generalist HR Experience
• Must have up to date employment law knowledge
• Key experience of working with and advising line managers
• First class IT and communication skills
• CIPD Qualified to Level 5 at least
• Confident to work across all levels of the business
