Title : Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role :

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts for PWW Advisory Group (PWW AG) and EMS MC initiatives.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist with EMS MC, you will :

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and PPC.
• Oversee the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding across all digital content.
• Optimize website and social media content for search engines.
• Monitor and on website analytics and campaign performance metrics.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and PPC.
• Manage and grow our online presence on various social media platforms.
• Engage with the audience and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements

You will be successful in this role if you :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Marketing software experience with programs such as Canva and Hubspot
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / Social Media etc) along with market research.
