A decades old financial planner in the Deerfield Beach area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to the Financial Planner to learn the business. The ideal candidate will provide exemplary client service, help with investment research and monitoring, completing, monitoring and reviewing portfolios, scheduling meeting, preparing and assisting principals with client meetings, preparing repots and assist with other administrative duties as needed withing the firm.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor`s Degree Required
  • Must be very familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and you will learn other industry specific applications.
  • Detail oriented and a team player.
  • CFP or CFP professional or other professional designations a plus
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
