Elizabeth Jenkins Place Aged Care Centre is a modern 126 bed Aged Care Centre. Located in the beautiful seaside suburb of Collaroy, the Centre resembles a typical Australian home with tranquil garden areas throughout, spacious light filled rooms encompassing beach inspired furnishings.

Our Receptionists deliver high quality customer focused reception and administrative activities for TSA Aged Care. As the first point of contact, it is essential this position presents a professional image and creates a welcoming, warm and positive first impression, whether via phone or in person.

We are Seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Undertake reception duties to support the day to day requirements of the area including answering phones, basic data entry referring queries to appropriate contact
• Meet and greet clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist Manager to identify, establish, improve and maintain administrative processes
• Operation, maintenance and security of record keeping systems and software
• Assist in administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering
• Provide information to clients and visitors ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner
• Other duties as directed

ABOUT YOU

• An appreciation of and the ability and willingness to promote and support the values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience in the use of IT applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
• Customer centric approach and ability to solve problems easily
• Excellent communication skills
• Warm and outgoing disposition
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• National NDIS Workers Screening Check
