Salvos Stores have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join us on a 12-month maternity leave role to provide a range of HR services, strategic and operational, to Executive leaders, Line Managers and employees.
The maternity replacement role reports directly to the Lead HR Business Partner with the support of a wider team consisting of HRBPs, HR Business Advisor, Learning and Development Partners, WHS and volunteer resources team.
As a HRBP with Salvos Stores, you will be pivotal in delivering fit for purpose people improvement initiatives and programs across the VIC/TAS region. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Center’s of Excellence (CoEs) and be a significant contributor to the delivery and successful implementation of wider people initiatives across your customer groups.
The role is fast paced, in a fun retail environment, partnering with the Regional Manager and their leadership team to lead change, build capability across the teams and be a trusted business partner.
