About the Role

We’re proudly growing our Talent team! Our TA Specialists play a critical role in sustainably scaling our business, enabling us to deliver on our mission of making employment easier and more valuable for everyone.

At Employment Hero, Talent Specialists act as true business partners to their hiring teams, advising on best practice and industry trends as well as running the end-to-end recruitment process. Our TA team also play a critical role in communicating our EVP to market and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved with some creative hiring campaigns!

In return, we can offer you the opportunity to do meaningful work with a close-knit team. You’ll receive regular guidance from our experienced TA Managers and P&C leaders, and partner with hiring managers that truly value your work.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for your business units
• Attract both active and passive talent for your portfolio of roles
• Communicate our mission and world-class culture to candidates
• Coach applicants through the hiring process, ensuring they feel sufficiently supported and prepared for every stage
• Business partner with your hiring managers to advise on market trends and best practice recruitment processes
• Be creative and take ownership of EVP campaigns!
• Maintain our ATS with accurate and up-to-date information
• Take accountability for finding great talent and scaling Employment Hero!

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role (either agency or in-house)
• Experience recruiting for relevant roles (B2B sales, marketing or other go-to-market positions)
• A passion for fast-growing businesses and the world of tech
• Can-do attitude and ability to act like an owner
• Proven track record of meeting hiring goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to advise, influence and challenge stakeholders where appropriate
