About The Role

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, Employment Hero is looking for a driven and skilled Revenue Growth Analyst. ing to the Head of Revenue Growth & Insights, you will play a critical role in ensuring sales, marketing and related GTM teams function together as a world class pipeline generation engine by acting as the strategic arm of the team, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and developing data-driven, and forward-thinking strategies.

Our ideal candidate has a unique mix of skill sets across commercial analytics & modelling, commercial strategy, go-to-market design and business programs support.

To be successful, you will need to get deep into (sometimes ambiguous) data so that you can understand the business thoroughly, rapidly diagnose issues and formulate solutions. Intellectual curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a bias for action are essential.

By combining in-depth business acumen and strategic thinking with robust data analysis capabilities, you will be a crucial member of our team who play a pivotal role in partnering with relevant stakeholders to propel revenue growth, optimise our commercials & drive business performance.

This pivotal role will work closely with senior stakeholders, including MDs & GMs, providing actionable, data-driven commercial insights and recommendations.

As a seasoned and reliable business partner, you will have significant experience in strategic analytical roles leveraging a data-driven approach to offer insights and recommendations that tangibly enhanced business performance. Additionally, you will be able to clearly demonstrate that you can take ownership of delivering analytical projects end-to-end.

You will excel at influencing through data, have ample experience in creating and delivering engaging presentations that add real value for senior stakeholders as well as significant experience working on front-end business intelligence with tools such as Tableau to support both your analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Utilise data from Commercial Insights Analysts to develop actionable growth models.
• Analyse current revenue streams and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with GTM teams to align strategies with identified growth opportunities.
• Lead A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
• Implement innovation frameworks to support your work
• Act as a trusted strategic business partner to our global Revenue Leaders, MDs and GMs
• Be a key driver of cross-functional collaboration amongst sales, marketing and sales development essential to driving pipeline generation success
• Execute projects to improve our go-to-market engine
• Build and drive adoption of ing infrastructure essential to scale the global sales pipeline generation engine including developing interactive and automated dashboards (Tableau) that help your stakeholders make strategic decisions through proactive deep dives and insights.
• Embrace continuous self-development and be comfortable with stepping out of your comfort zone and learning new skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically intensive role within a startup, technology company or management consulting environment
• Experience working closely with senior revenue leaders, prior exposure to high-growth work environments, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles
• Effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear and concise recommendations.
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to ruthlessly prioritise and execute in a highly dynamic environment
• Proven ability to apply First Principles thinking, coupled with excellent judgement and decision-making capability
• Ability to work cross functionally and foster strong partnerships
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidence
• Strong experience using BI / data visualisation tools (Tableau strongly preferred) to analyse data and create compelling visualisations to support your analysis
