Pay:

• $16.00-$22.00/hour

Qualifications:

• Must take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, great prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Extremely organized and willing/open to learn new skills
• Can handle pressure and deadlines
• Can work well with a team and be flexible with daily tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency with Sharepoint and other Microsoft Office programs preferred
• Experience with Abila MIP Accounting software and/or Oracle Netsuite is also preferred, but we will train

Description:

• Accounts Payable Processing
• Reviews, verifies, receives/matches, and confirms account code and authorizations on purchase orders, vendor invoices, travel and per diem requests, purchase card documentation, and all other cash disbursement requests.
• Accurately enters payment requests in the Company’s financial management software
• Accounts Receivable Processing –
• Processes, opens, and sorts incoming accounts receivable payments and forwards as applicable.
• Batches payments received for deposit into proper bank accounts
• Communicates with the Company’s program staff monitors on past due accounts and follows-up on missing and/or incomplete documentation.
• Payment Processing
• Prepares check transmittals
• Creates and maintains supplier/vendor list in the Company’s financial management system including the Company’s W-9s, determining tax classification, and confirming addresses as applicable.
• Administrative and Operational Support
• Maintains and reports inventory control records
• Monitor and maintain the asset management system
• Tracks and follows-up with requesters, both internal and external, on missing and/or incomplete documents.
• Maintains organized and accurate files.
• Contract management – signatures, term (expiration and renewal) and distribution
• Insurances COI
• Archive records
• Maintains petty cash account for the Company’s main office.
• Annually reviews, prepares, and mails IRS Form 1099-Misc to the Company’s vendors as required.
