Employers Advantage LLC Hiring for Recruiting Specialist at Charlotte, NC Full Time

We are a remote workforce that provides HR support and services to small businesses. We are looking for someone that understands the small business community and their unique needs. The majority of the team is located in the Charlotte NC and surrounding region, but we are open to candidates in other locations. North and South Carolina preferred, but not required.

We are also looking for someone that sees things differently and recognizes that there may be a better way to do something. Someone that values the individual and sees opportunity where others may not. Does this sound like you?

This is a part time role with a flexible schedule of anywhere between 20-30 hours a week. We are also open to full time as well

The purpose of this client service driven role is to work with the team, clients and hiring managers to coordinate the hiring process as well as source, screen and present qualified candidates for open opportunities with our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Seek to understand each client, their business and the requirements of their specific role
• Create and publish job ads in various portals, based on the specifics of the role
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a positive candidate and client experience
• Work with team to develop policies and procedures and analyze client information
• Work within the Mission and Core Values of Employers Advantage LLC

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a recruiting/HR related capacity
• Knowledge of recruiting and sourcing and techniques
• An overall understanding of business and the impact of HR on a small business
• Previous experience in multiple client service and the ability to handle multiple projects
• Time management and follow through skills
• Timeliness, sense of urgency, strong attention to detail and ability to work virtually/independently
• Must be flexible and able to use your resources and think of creatively
