The Role

The primary goal of the Talent Experience (TX) team is to attract, retain and develop our people, thus enabling the business to provide best in class solutions to our clients. As our newest Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional recruitment services with the aim of sourcing high-performing professionals.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting the TX Partner in running end-to-end recruitment of IT roles across the business
• Develop and implement plans to hire best-in-the-market candidates
• Help usher in new-age recruiting through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking etc
• Review & screen candidate submissions, liaise with hiring managers and schedule all in-house interviews
• Conduct reference checks, offers, negotiation and /or providing feedback
• Be the first point of contact for assigned practices for all potential candidates
• Providing an exceptional experience to all candidates and ensure hiring managers are well supported and informed throughout the recruitment life-cycle

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2 – 3 years of Recruitment experience in an Internal or Agency environment
• The ability to manage high-volume candidate and vacancy flow
• Experience in Technical hiring highly preferred
• High level of professionalism, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage senior stakeholders in the business
• Experience working directly with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment advice accordingly
• The ability to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities
