Responsibilities:

• Owns and manage the process of preparing new software for release (i.e. be it Waterfall/Agile/DevOps/CI-CD/) to ensure a smooth and successful product launch, guided by ITIL concepts and principles.
• Works closely with technical, business, PM’s, vendors, and other external teams/stakeholders to coordinate the product release for a BUILD (development) team.
• Manage flow of changes through various pre-production environments culminating in successfully deployment into the production IT environment in the least disruptive manner.
• Release activities include planning, designing, configuration, rollout planning, testing communication and deployment.
• Played an environment manager or product release role and that has worked with multi-disciplined teams.
