Your Experience
Proactively seeks effective approaches to guide our customers on their journey to Digital excellence, ensuring that they are trusted advisors in the space. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills along with enterprise experience building and architecting projects that consist of tailored Optimizely/Episerver platform offerings.


To be successful in this role, you will have

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Sitecore, Episerver or Adobe CMS Developer or Architect
• Proven experience architecting and designing contemporary CMS solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies
• Experience in identifying issues and formulating possible solutions and assist clients in the implementation of recommendations and/or solutions
• Experience in taking ownership of the development, configuration, and implementation of agreed solutions
• Working with peers and clients to ensure successful delivery
• Providing guidance to the team
• Providing objective advice, expertise, and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximising growth and improving the business performance of our clients
• Ability to contribute to presales activities in conjunction with the Client Development team, helping to grow our brand reputation and revenue generation

Joining us, you will

• Cross-train and upskill in Optimizely
• Design and oversee implementation of solution architecture to deliver integrated web experiences for our clients
• Partner closely with our project managers, business analysts and product managers to fulfil our client’s business requirements and maximise business value being delivered
• Stay up to date with the latest advances in Optimizely, identifying areas of new opportunity for our clients
• Work closely with our creative teams, to ensure platform value-props are being respected
• Act as a trusted adviser to our clients, bring thought leadership and help inform their technical roadmap
• Consult across a holistic enterprise architecture and marketing stack, in which Optimizely gets implemented
• Act as a SME on opportunities sourced by the Business Development team
• Provide guidance and oversight on multiple large, concurrent projects
• Be willing to work Perth business hours, regardless of where you are based.
