Our client is a thriving Private Equity firm located in Midtown Manhattan with headquarters located in Paris, France and they are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their multinational investment team.
As an employee, you will be entitled to participate in their 100% company paid medical plan as well as in a dental and vision plan. You will also be entitled to participate in the company 401K plan.
This is an Exempt Position, and you will be expected to work during normal office hours for 40 hours per week, plus whatever additional hours are required to complete your responsibilities in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Provide Executive support to the CEO.
· You will support heavy calendar and travel and expense both domestic and international.
· Coordinate all travel logistics for the CEO.
· Internal and external communications.
· In person and virtual meeting prep.
· Communications, representing the company as a whole, with professionalism and discretion across all platforms.
· Very light off-hours communications.
Required Skills:
· Some fluency in the French language is a big plus but not necessary.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Experience supporting calendaring in multiple different time zones.
· Experience in both domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting in concur.
· Knowledge of Salesforce platform.
· Excellent software skills.
· Experience working for C-Level Executives.
· Gatekeeper and time manager for executive level management.
