Talent, Training and Development Specialist – Pottsville, PA
(Full-Time)
The Talent, Training and Development Specialist is responsible for supporting assigned schools in the areas of Training, Development and Talent Acquisition. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers and provide exceptional customer service.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Work with Subject Matter Experts to research and develop relevant training content
• Assign and track training, as well as follow up on incomplete assignments
• Host virtual or live training sessions
• Facilitates New Hire Orientation program
• Conduct recruitment efforts including internal and external sourcing, writing and placement of advertisements, applicant screening and interviewing
• Track and monitor the progress of all candidates through the interview/hiring process

Requirements:

• Experience with successful recruiting techniques
• Familiarity with Human Resources concepts and practices, state and federal laws, employment laws, regulations and requirements
• Strong listening, coaching, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills are highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and planning skills
• High levels of computer literacy including Applicant Tracking and Learning Management Systems and all Microsoft Office Applications
