Under the direction of the Director – Talent, Training and Development, the Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for the full recruitment cycle. As well as, managing a team of Recruiters to fill open requisitions in a timely manner. Ensure effectiveness in hiring the best talent for Empire Education Group while following hiring policies and procedures. In this role, you will source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates for open requisitions, as well as building a pipeline for future need.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment efforts including internal and external sourcing, writing and placement of job ads, applicant screening and interviews.
• Manage the Open Jobs and Time to Fill.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment websites.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future need.
• Manage relationships with all departments to ensure continuity of service with candidates.
• Handle confidential information.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and training related to hiring or general human resources topics.
• Additional projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience with successful recruiting and talent acquisition techniques including advanced skill set in social media applicant sourcing.
• Familiarity with Human Resources concepts and practices, state and federal laws, employment laws, regulations and requirements.
• Strong listening, coaching, verbal and written skills.
• Presentation skills are highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and planning skills.
• High level of computer literacy including Applicant Tracking systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must have the ability to assist and promote positive Co-worker relations and develop consistent and clear solutions and resolutions in a timely manner.
