  In this internal talent acquisition role, your primary focus will be to source excellent retail trade, accounting , marketing , sales and executive individuals. You will recruit across a broad range of roles.

  You will ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding, working closely with your internal stakeholders to provide the best possible recruitment process.

Key requirements include:

• Previous experience with proactive candidate sourcing ideally in the building industry
• Experience working in the retail or construction industry would be ideal.
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approach.
• A passion for sourcing and securing the best talent in the market and providing a great candidate experience.
• A proactive approach and the ability to priorities your workload

Skills and Exprience

• Confident self-starter with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment that will energise you ideally with customer service focus
• Strong communication skills – both written & verbal to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders of all levels of the organisation.
• High level attention to detail with a hands-on approach and willingness to assist others.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business priorities
