Due to the recent growth in Australia, they are now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Talent team.

About the role

You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing, screening, and final offer. Planning, developing, and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy will be an important part of this role.

This role will include:

• Proactively sourcing and recruiting legal professionals of all levels of experience, based on the forecast needs of the business
• Designing innovative sourcing strategies, including a focus on building a pipeline of diverse talent
• Managing the LinkedIn recruitment strategy and advertising on jobs board
• Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
• Managing recruitment from sourcing, selection, interview, references and onboarding
• Managing new contracts and offer letters
• Working with stakeholders on the recruitment process and advising on best practice
• Management of all recruitment collateral including position descriptions
• Designing and planning employer branding activities
• Arranging events, both in-person and online, to engage and attract talent and build brand awareness

• Be willing and eager to pitch in and help on tasks outside of the job role as they arise
• A minimum of 5+ years in a recruiting or talent management capacity, ideally within and agency or legal professional services industry
• Strong knowledge of the legal sourcing industry in Australia or a willingness to learn about the industry with a focus on staffing permanent and contract lawyers.
• Demonstrable ability to build your own network of professionals.
