The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the People team with this highly regarded law firm. You will be an experienced recruiter who enjoys making a lasting and positive impact on early career candidates. The role will see you leading the Graduate and Seasonal Clerk programs and recruitment initiatives as well as assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with lateral hiring, partnering closely with key stakeholders to understand their business and resourcing needs and support their hiring efforts through a 360-recruitment model.

• Lead the graduate and seasonal clerk programs and related processes
• Manage and continually improve the graduate talent acquisition program including clerkship recruitment, clerkship activities, transition to graduate, onboarding and transition to permanent roles
• Coordinate the graduate mentoring program
• Manage marketing material to attract the best possible graduates
• Engage with external institutions and various law societies and attend on-campus career fairs
• Organise graduate and seasonal clerk functions and events
• Administer and coordinate applications, shortlisting, offer and rotation placement processes
• Assist with learning and development program planning and implementation
• Collaborate, communicate and develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Undertake end to end recruitment for legal, professional and support roles
• Project manage multiple processes

You

This position will suit an experienced Recruiter within professional services (ideally the legal sector). You will also have:

• Internal recruitment experience in a high volume role
• Excellent coordination and project management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
• Ability to juggle multiple vacancies, tasks and responsibilities
• Strong communication skills & stakeholder management
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Exposure to graduate hiring would be ideal
